Goodbye Little Canada

Our last evening

We have had a wonderful week.  The children have enjoyed themselves and have made memories they can treasure for a lifetime.

We hope you have enjoyed the blog, it has taken up lots of time but it has been worth it to help capture those precious memories.  We have tried to ensure their is at least one photo of each child.  We have taken hundreds of photos between us which the children will be able to use for their diaries.

All going well we will be back at Roydon by 9pm.  If we are delayed for any reason we will contact you all.  See you tomorrow.

Some soggy children after the sensory trail

The sensory trail

Breakfast, zips and cats!

We all enjoyed a full english breakfast, cereal and toast this morning. We hope it sets us up for the rest of the day!

All groups enjoyed the zip wires this morning. This involved a steep walk up the steps, a harness and a leap from the top. The children attempted 'no hands' and some even jumped off backwards!

No hands!

Backwards!
Even Miss Leftley and Miss Stannard had a go. Can you tell who enjoyed it more.....

The children have also enjoyed the difficult, high cat walk this morning. Attached to a cord they had to negotiate the ropes, logs, and wires in a bid to reach the top! Many were successful - reaching the very top! All the children overcame their personal goals and 'faced their fears'! Well done!

Luke faced his fears on the catwalk.

Alex celebrating!

The birthday boy. Don't look down!

Harry trying hard.

Mr Bloom enjoyed himself up the cat walk!

Another lovely start to the day!

Good morning everyone...

Happy 11th Birthday Owen
